Eligibility Details

Pay Level 4 (Clerical & Jr. Steno)	12th pass or equivalent; for Jr. Steno—skill test: 80 WPM dictation, transcription 50 min (Eng) / 65 min (Hindi)
Pay Level 2/3 (Tech III & Equivalent)	12th pass OR Matric + ITI certificate (NCVT/SCVT); Matric alone also eligible for Tech III
