The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has released a new Senior Teacher (Grade-II) Recruitment 2025 notice offering 6,500 permanent posts in ten subjects—Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Urdu, Punjabi, Sindhi and Gujarati. Graduates who had the relevant subject as an optional paper and hold a B.Ed. / equivalent teaching qualification can apply; for Science you need any two science subjects, and for Social Science any two social-science subjects. Applicants must have basic knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari, be familiar with Rajasthani culture, and be 18–40 years old on 1 Jan 2026 (age relaxation as per rules). Online registration is open 19 August – 17 September 2025 through the RPSC recruitment portal, with a one-time registration fee of ₹600 for General and ₹400 for most reserved categories. Selection is by a written test carrying 500 marks (Paper I: 100 MCQs, 200 marks; Paper II: 150 MCQs, 300 marks) with one-third negative marking and 40% minimum qualifying marks, relaxed by 5% for SC/ST candidates.
